Agaricus blazei Murill (also known as Agaricus blazei) is a species of medicinal mushroom grown in Brazil, Japan and China. The Agaricus blazei Murill is in fact a relative of both the common mushroom and the field mushroom. Agaricus blazei is usually sold as a dietary supplement, but is also available as a whole dried mushroom for culinary purposes.
It has an aroma that vaguely reminds you of almonds. Agaricus blazei contains beta-glucan and oligosaccharides. Among others, Agaricus Blazei contains more than 18 different amino acids, 10 different minerals, 16 different vitamins, 46 enzymes, ergosterol, linoleic acid and polysaccharides: 1-3/1-6 beta-glucans.
Agaricus Blazei is known for its ability to stimulate the immune system. Studies have also shown that the immune strengthening properties of Agaricus Blazei come from the various beneficial polysaccharides in the form of highly structured beta-glucans they contain. These compounds are in fact known for their amazing ability to modify the body’s immune response.

Instructions for use:
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per day. You can use the Agaricus Blazei powder, in coffee, for example, or as a tea when dosed in hot water. It is recommended to simmer the powder in a hot liquid for about 15 minutes before use. Can also be added to the set of coffee thrus.
