- Kombucha fermenter, with stainless steel spigot and wooden stand
- 2nd fermentation glass bottle of 1400 ml
- Organic green tea – Sencha (first flush), 150 g
- Organic black tea – darjeeling – Chiming (first flush), 150 g
- Organic cane sugar, 250 g x 4
- Organic ginger, flakes, 50 g
- Stick on thermometer strips
- Ph meter strips
